I am related to Isaac Dye who Mary Jane Jones in 1835 in Miami County, Ohio by their daughter Ellen Dye who married John Landis in Miami County in 1857. Isaac Dye's parents are John Minor Dye and Elizabeth Clyne one of the first settlers of Miami County. In the 1850 and 1860 census with Mary Jones Dye's family was her mother also named Mary (born in Penn) in 1783. The Jones like the Dyes might have come from Greene County, Pa and Washington County, Pa. Does anybody on this list know anything about the Jones of Miami County, Ohio? Allan Campbell
