He married Elizabeth Sneathen/Snethen on April 29, 1829 in Preble county Ohio. I have information that claims at least two of their children were born in Miami county Ohio. They had nine children; Sarah 1830, Hannah 1832, Mecham? 1834, Elijah 1836 (on his civil war enlistment card states birth Miami Ohio), Cornelius (have small bio state reared in Miami County Ohio), Marion Morgan 1841, Phebe 1845, Susannah and Isaac 1848 in Wayne county Indiana.
