My grand mother Alberta Hook was born July 31, 1857 in Piqua, Miami County, Ohio and married my grand father Isaac Jefferson (Talbott) Tolbert who was from St. Clairsville, Belmont, Ohio. My grand parents moved to Longton, Elk County, Kansas.
