Last known to be in San Bernardino CA, Looking for him and any information with the Bard side of our family, I know they are from Ohio Piqua, Troy, ect. Please help if you can. My mother is Kim Marie Bard from Arthur first marriage to Donna Butler. She was born in Troy Ohio in 56. some other names of aunt's and uncles, you might know. Walter Joseph Bard, Rose Marie Bard, Laura Mea, Judy Gale, Linda, Arthur Randal Bard, and phyllis but she past away in the early 80's I think in a house fire Left behind a young son Elmer Joseph Bard. I have found a cousin Elmer Bard in Piqua, but that is all I have. have not seen or talk to the Bard side of the family in 16 - 18- years. I was really young at the time and don't remember to much.
