Ann, Harry and James Coffey are shown as lodgers living with the family of Peter Bryn(t), that last name is not very legible so the "t" could be anything. Peter's wife Daisy, daughter Irene and son Peter are also listed at this location on Earlwood Rd. James worked for the gas company and Harry was a machinist.
