Hi folks, I just wanted to let you all know that I will be going through the 1850 census one more time in the next week. I have all of Cuyahoga County and will be happy to search for your relatives along with mine. If you've already asked me, you don't need to ask again unless you think I may have forgotten you. I know I've been a bit remiss in getting back to all of you. I just discovered that my ancestor William Mahoney arrived in the U.S. in 1850, so I want to go through and check for him. Then I will finally move on to a more serious search of the 1870 census. If you want me to look up family members you think might have been in Cuyahoga County in 1850, please give me as much info as you have ... especially first names and spouses names if you know them. I am doing this in my free time and must copy all the entries longhand and then type them out when I email them to you ... so please don't ask me for everyone named "Smith". I own the copies of the microfilm, but must use the library to read it and make copies so if I find something for you and you want the actual images for your records, I will send you the actual copies if you want to pay $.10 per page plus postage which I have to pay the library for the copies. Otherwise, I will just transcribe what I find and I will do that for no charge. --Janet
