    2. EDWARD COLLINS
    3. Hi Brenda, I assume you found the message I posted on the Cleveland Irish website. I have not been able to trace the families mentioned except for Edward H. Collins. The other brothers and sisters are still missing. I live in the Dayton, Ohio area and have not made a trip to Cleveland yet. I am primarily working off records in Columbus at the Ohio Historical Society. They have the Ohio death certificate index from 1912 through 1938 on-line. If you live in Ohio they can loan microfilm to must public libraries in the state for a modest fee. Check their online catalog. The only death that I know of at that time would be my grandmother in 1943. There were only two children in the family, my father and my aunt. The great grand father and his wife and children are all researched and documented within the family. The great great grandfather was James Collins and his wife was Bridget (possibly a second wife). They moved to Cleveland in 1866 or 67 from West Virginia according to data that we have found. There were 4 boys and 2 girls in the family and I have only found documentation on the third son, Edward who was my gggrand father. Hope this helps. If you find information leading back to other members in the Collins family I would appreciate hearing from you again. I will send a copy of the original posting just incase you haven't seen it.
