Hi Kelly, I just returned from vacation and saw your very kind offer of a Cleveland Marriage Index look-up. If you have time, could you please check on the Cleveland marriage of Sophia C. Miller to a Joseph Henry Egan in the 1906-1907 time frame? Sophia was married once previously. Could you also check for the same marriage under the name of Sophia Weed? Many thanks. Hi Joseph! Sure, I'll look it up for you. I'll have it for you a week from tomorrow at the latest. I don't work in the library tomorrow because of the holiday but I may go over sooner. I have a key so I might pop in and take a look. I know it's pretty exciting when you might have a lead. I love to help! I'll email you soon! Take care, God bless and have a very happy Turkey day! Hi Kelly, Thank you very much. I appreciate your efforts. You can disregard the Sophia Weed look-up. This morning I was able to eliminate Weed as a posibility. Hopefully, the Sophia Miller - Joseph Henry Egan marriage will be there. Have a great Thanksgiving. Regards, Joe Thomas Whitelock wrote: > > Hi Joseph! > > Sure, I'll look it up for you. Dear Joseph: Well, I really wish that I had good news for you! I don't have the best news but I do have something. I searched the Marriage Index for Cuyahoga Counties Marriage Index for 1906-1910. I found a Sophia Miller Vol. 70 Pg. 287 Alice M Egan Vol. 71 Pg. 264 Leo R. Weed Vol. 71 Pg. 128 Helen Pauline Weed Vol. 71 Pg. 445 James J. Egan Vol. 74 Pg. 8 Florence Weede Vol. 75 Pg. 171 I looked for any Egan's, Weeds, and Sophia Miller's. This was all that I came up with. Teh 2 Egan's, I thought were a good possibility but the Sophia Miller, I don't know. In that Vol. I didn't find any Egans!?!? I really wished that I found more for you. Please let me know if you have any other ideas. Maybe I'll find something else!? Please take care and God bless. Let me know if there's anything that I can do to help!
