I have found that the 1896 and 1902 voter registration cards are in the Western Reserve Historical Society holdings. When I e-mailed them for instructions about how to obtain copies of cards for certain people, they responded that I have to go through all the steps for general research assistance. The only problem that I have with that is that they have always asked for $45 for whatever I needed. Does anyone know how to get a few photocopies out of them without having to pay a huge fee and providing a five generation history? Bill Dalton
