A few years ago I called them requesting a copy of my great-grandparents marriage records from 1873. the lady was very nice and took all the information but I never heard from them. After a few months I put the request in writing and sent a donation along with it. I commented that I had previously requested the information but they must have "forgot" about it. Within a few weeks I did receive a copy of the marriage records that I requested.
