Can anybody tell me if this church still exists in Cleveland? If it does not exist today, what was the actual location on Euclid Ave.? My g-grandmother's ( Anna Grace, nee: Higgins ) funeral was listed as follows: Funeral from St. Agnes' church Euclid ave., 9 o'clock Tuesday morning - March 24, 1896. She was living with her daughter, Mrs. John McCabe, at 255 Genesee Ave. at the time of her death. I sent an email to the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland back a couple of months ago asking about the church and their records but I never received a reply. They must not like emails. All of the census records tell me she was born in Ireland but never gave me a county name. Her Cuyahoga death record was a hand written ledger entry and only told me "Ireland" as well. I was hoping that St Agnes church records might give me this important information as well as possibly her parents information. Thanks for any information that might be available. Bob Grace S.
