My Mary Omaley (as written on the marriage license) married Patrick DEVER on 12 Feb 1885 in Cleveland, Ohio (Cuyahoga Cty.) I have Patrick passing away on 10-1-1932 in Cleveland. Mary died 1-22-1929, also in Cleveland, or possibly 7-10-1925 I also have a notation of the possibly "my" Patrick Dever came over on the Britanic or Britania by way of Philadelphia. My Patrick was born about 1860 in Achill. The family went to St. Patricks and the when they moved further west they ended up at St. Coleman's, also. I honestly believe that all the Devers in Cleveland are in some way related. There is a woman who has a milk and cheese stand at the West Side Market who is named DEVER - she insists that her Devers and mine are not related...... but if you look at her face there is no question!
