I have had very good luck in finding information found in the city directories by contacting the Cuyahoga County Archives. What I have done is ask for a photocopy of the page/pages with the surname that I am interested in for a specific year or span of years. That way, you will have a listing for any relatives with the same surname that you do not know of at the time of the request. The charge has been something like 25 cnets per page. I do not have the URL for the archives, but a google search should easily turn it up. Bill Dalton
