I filled out a request form today and when I clicked on submit I received a message that the site was not available so I wrote to them using their online "help" button but the mail was returned by the internet postmaster. I sent a request on 16 June 2003 and got all my photocopies on 30 June 2003. I have since tried to get into the web site to request more copies but I have not been able to do so.
