Dear Alice, Yours was the first e-mail I opened about 8:30am. Since then, I have been searching through these stacks of research. I went looking for that tattered legal pad sheet that I wrote the family info on when my mother was in a talkative mood. I'm betting we all have one that started us on our quest. As you can see it's 5hrs. later. At least I've done a lot of filing, but no raggedy yellowed sheet yet. I will find it, but in the meantime, the church I was going to write to was St. Joseph's in Bunnacurry, Achill. Then I ran across a 2002 note from Lee Brennan (leeb826@ameritech.net), advising us that most of the records are kept at Mary Immaculate Church on Achill Island. I've spent some time now looking for that church and the name of a priest, but no go. Maybe someone can help us out. Annie
