Barb........I made another call to the Archives and talked to Judy, the manager. The address that Ingrid just sent is the only one to use; and it has been working. Judy received an email today from Bill Dalton. She said to make sure that you do not put an "s" at the end of "archive". archive@www.cuyahoga.oh.us There are a couple of old addresses out there, on printed material, that no longer work. She is going to contact their technical people again and inform them that people are still having trouble getting through..........Pat
