Pat, I have never used the form, but I have sent e-mail requests several times in the past few months without an answer. I sent them to the address recently given by Ingrid, to which I get an undeliverable mailer daemon. I even called the archives with a question about property, and while I had the person on the phone I asked them to check to see if the e-mail address was correct, and they said yes. So, the next e-mail went out, and lo and behold--same problem! I don't live in Cleveland, so if snail mail gets spotty answers and e-mail gets few answers, what can a person do?
