Can anyone find a D W Whitley who was married to Caroline Cowles? She lived 1831-1859 in the Austinburg, Ashtabula Co. area. Her headstone reads Carrie Cowles wife of D W Whitley d 7-12-1859 age 27 I see what appears to be their daughter, listed as Carriet Whitley age 7, with Carrie's parents, William and Lydia Cowles, in Austinburg in 1860, but I find no trace of D W Whitley. Any help much appreciated!
