    3. Hi Jane, This looks like 2 more of the children; 1900, OH, Hamilton Co, Sycamore twp, Reading Town, sheet 5B, pg 222, Ed 325, taken June 5, living on Benson Street; Emma Kuntz, boarder, white, female, b. Nov 1881, age 19, single, b. IN, parents b. IN, tailoress, can read & write; ??onie L. Kuntz, boarder, white, female, b. Sept 1882, age 17, b. IN, parents b. IN, single, tailoress, can read & write; they are residing in the household of Louis Menke (as indexed but it is possible it is Merike) and family. Louis is age 38, b. OH, and a tailor. If you want a full reading on Louis and family you can repost to the list using the name Menke since that is how it is indexed. You told me about every family member except Edward Kuntz born 1880 in Indiana the oldest son. Could you do a quick search to see if you can find him. I know he is still alive in 1900. If you cannot find him in Ohio, I am going to consider the possibility that he is in Indiana. Again, I appreciate the time you have taken to help me.

    3. Hi Jane, I took a look again in the index and didn't find Edward in OH or IN. A couple things to consider; could he have been using a middle or nickname? Also, the 1900 is only indexed by head of household unless the last name is different from the head (which is why Emma showed up in the index) so if he were living within another Kuntz household he would not come up in the index. There were 3 other listings in Hamilton Co for Kuntz-Joseph, Nicholas, and Sylvester but I looked at them and he is not in any of those. Do you know the grandparents names or any Uncles that he might be living with. There is also the possibility that his name is mispelled or that he was missed. Wish I could have found him. His grandparents were William Jacob & Elizabeth Kuntz living in Franklin County, Indiana and Caspar & Bernadine Pabst living in Decatur County, Indiana. If they are not with these grandparents, then I will have no clue as to where he is. I know he died somewhere between 1909 and 1943 and that he was born January 1880 in Decatur Cty. Indiana. Thank you again for your kind assistance. Jane
