Linda, Here's the transcription of the Wm. DELANEY from Belmont Co. with the wife, "Mildred", but it doesn't seem to me that it's the correct family since you found "Margaret" in 1900. Since this wife, "Mildred" is already 64 yrs. old in 1860, even if the name was misspelled, that would make her 104 in 1900 which seems unlikely.
