The trouble is that there are so many Johnston/Johnsons. I never knew there were that many. Someone told me one time that it is easier if someone in the family was a horse thief or something or if they had an unusual name. Thank you for taking the trouble to check. I'll see what I can turn up in Athens. Someone who was not a genealogy buff asked me why I take the trouble to look for dead relatives.
