I didn't see a reply for your request in the list's archives. My 1830 index isn't showing any results for the BAUGHLEY surname in Clark Co. or anywhere in Ohio. There are two results for BALSLEY surname, but they are both in Thorn Twp., Perry Co. ( a John and a Jacob BALSLEY as Head of Household).
