I would be very grateful if SKS could look on this census for Charlotte TOWNSEND. She was born about 1823, the daughter of Amos and Mary (SMITH) TOWNSEND. Amos died 1845-1850, but her mother Mary is found on the 1850 Morgan Co. census, with several of her youngest children. They are living next door to her eldest son, Smith Townsend, but I've been unable to find Charlotte. I know she was in Morgan Co., as she married Richard CUMMINGS there in 1855. It's very possible she was married to someone else before Richard, as they had a son, Montreville CUMMINGS, who was born 9 years before they married, in 1846. So far I've been unable to identify her first husband, however. Any help would be most appreciated!!!! Thanks to all - Linda
