Diana, there is a Virginia M. Perry, age 9, listed in Montgomery Co., Ohio, Dayton Ward 12, Enumeration District 57-129, page 1A in the 1930 census. I don't think it is the one you are looking for, however, because her mother's name is listed as Nellie. Also, Virginia listed in 1920 is 8 months old, which would indicate that she was born in 1919 rather than 1921.
