A History of Hamilton Co published 1881 lists a Robert H. Blackburn born 1813 son of Patterson Blackburn and Mary Ball married Catharine Chrisman 1838 had six children: Sarah, Rebecca, Mary, Hannah, Catharine & Elizabeth. Mary married William Powell; Elizabeth married Charles Butts.
