I am looking for David Rose born 1854 in Wolfe Co., Ky. His wife's name was Dulcena. The Ky census lookups say they can find him in 1880, 1910, 1920, 1930 but no 1900. He could just have been missed but as he was in Ohio once I thought I'd look for him in 1900. Appreciate any help. Judy Hanke
