I'm not seeing them in the 1870. Maybe another lister can find them with more success? I only have head-of-household listings. Perhaps someone else can find the wife and children. There is one in Vinton Co the right age, but with very different children and another wife, as well as being listed as born in Ohio. Sorry. Hope someone else can do better.
