Hi- Do you know if he married a Helen Louise Arnett? There is an obituary for her, let me know if you are interested. I see three Norman Rameys on the Ohio Death Index, but only one that could be on the 1930 census: Norman L Ramey estimated birth 1917, date of death July 23, 1983, in Mahoning County, Ohio. There aren't any Norman Rameys on the 1930 census records using exact name as a search.
