Hi- I'm not having any luck finding your McCann family, but I did see a William H Arahood on the Ohio death index, February 22, 1920 in Fayette County. I notice that their names were spelled McKan or McHan on the 1920 census, and I've tried soundex and exact for them in 1930, with no luck- I'll keep trying.
