Charles, I'm not having any luck finding a Clarence BUELL, age abt. 27, but I found a Clarence BELL, age 30 living in Butler County in the home of a Clifford & Carrie KELLY and their children. Clarence is listed as a brother-in-law. Is the Kelly name familiar to you?
