If any have -request behind the name you may wish to eliminate the -request when you subscribe: Blank email with only the word "subscribe" (without the quotes) in SUBJECT: and in the body of the letter/message; Caps and spaces do make a difference in the Group's names, must be exact or the robot MSN computer returns them undeliverable. All have -L for List; if you wish to receive a daily digest from them you may have to subscribe to the same group name but use -D instead of -L behind the name. Be aware that messages under -L come from the individual sending them, if you are afraid of viruses then use the -D as it will send you a digest of all of the day's transpirings, just click the "paper clip", will show individual emails; click email you want to read; gray box appears, click OPEN and read.
