Frank do you think Robert GREENE may have returned or stayed in Wells Co IN? I checked the Bureau of Land Management site at http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/ Robert GREENE of Clinton Co OH bought a Land Patent for 80 acres in Wells Co IN on 9/20/1839. If you want a copy of the document its my understanding you can get one through their site for a small fee.
