Hi Frank According to World Connect Eliel GREEN b 1849 son of John GREEN and Rhoda CAREY. He married Susan Caroline SMITH in 1879. They are living with her Mother Mary Smith in 1880 Clinton Co. Eliel's Father John GREEN is in 1880 Fairfield Highland Co with his younger children Enos, Mary, Anne and Alice. Since Karen did such a thorough job of researching Clinton do you suppose Eliel is in 1870 Highland? I don't have access to the census.
