Hi Charles, Sorry to say that even with the add'l info, I am not finding Clarence. There were 2 Clarence Buell's in OH 1930 but they were both in their 40's and no Charlotte or Jr with them. The closest I ran across was in St Johns Co FL: Clarence E. Buell is 27, wife is Annie M. age 24, Clarence Jr age 4, Harry R. age 2 and infant Marla M. Sorry I couldn't locate them.
