Linda, There was one William Cox in Greene Co in 1920. The names are not the same. I have included all Cox names indexed in Greene Co, maybe another will seem familiar. There were many names similar to William Cox living in OH. about the same age. Were William and the children born in OH? Have you found them in any other census? Any other information you may have may be helpful. Thanks.
