I checked the 1930 OH index but there are no results for the DEBEVE surname anywhere in the state. Also didn't get any results for these names using the Soundex index. There is a Matt DEBOV b. Yugoslavia listed in Los Angeles, CA Nothing shows up for Frank DEBEVE or family, using the Soundex.
