    1. Re: [OH-CENSUS] 1930/Stark or Summit County/David Jerome Sellers
    2. Michael, I tried a search of the 1930 index for all three of these people using various spellings, wild card searches and the soundex index, but didn't find any matches. I'm sorry, Marilyn -------------original message--------------- In a message dated 3/17/2008 7:03:27 P.M. I'm not sure if he will be in Stark County or in Summit County as of 1930. David's 1985 obituary stated that he was living in Massillon in Stark County at the time of his death, however, it also stated that he retired from Firestone near Akron in Summit County in 1967 after 41 years of service. His wife, Daisy, died in 1995 in Clinton, Summit County, Ohio, thus the confusion as to which county he might be located as of 1930. David should be listed as age 28 or 29 at the time of the 1930 census. Wife Daisy should also be listed at about age 27. Her middle name was Thelma, so there is also the possibility she was listed as that instead of Daisy. A daughter, June, should be also be listed as age 7 or 8. Thanks very much in advance for the lookup! Michael Sellers **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Watch the video on AOL Home. 3. Hi Marilyn, Thanks for the effort. Really appreciate it. The Obit for David's daughter, June, said she was born in August 1922 in Augusta County, VA. David's Obit stated he had worked for Firestone near Akron, Ohio, since 1926, so I figured they had moved to Stark County or to Summit County between late 1922 and 1926. Maybe they remained in Augusta County through 1930 afterall. I'll try a query to the VA Census lookup to see if they can be found there. Again, thanks very much for the effort!
