Donna, I could find only one Charles Armstrong in Harrison Co. Ohio in 1900. His middle initial was S. not E. and his wife was Emma J. (which could be Jane). They were married 6 years and had no children. Both born in Ohio in 1851, he is listed as age 48; she, 49. Thank you. That is him. His first wife was Jane and Emma was his second so I am guessing that Jane died early and mabey then they just had the 1 child I have found.
