Liz, Had no luck finding you Louis. The only Manzel in Cuyahoga County was, John, 29, with wife Katie and son Nick. Tried Manzel, Monzel, Monzell, Manzell, Monsel, Monsell. The only Manzel in 1900 directory is Minnie, widow of John, then couldn't find her in 1900 census. Found a Minnie Monzelman, but could not access the page - it wouldn't load up. There also was an Aubry C MANSELL and Leon MANSELL in 1900 directory. Could not find Aubry in census though and Leon was born NY. Also, tried Louis with Bohemia birth, and Czech birth. No luck.
