    1. 1860 Guernsey Co. ANDERSON
    2. Kinquest
    3. Looking for parents of Nancy Anderson who married Thomas Steel in 1859. The only clues are her father was born in Ireland and her mother in PA, so they would be at least 55 years old. (I thought about asking for 1850 looking for Nancy who was born Feb. 1834, but I think it might be too much to ask!) Thanks for looking! LINDA

    2. Mike and Amber Sellers
    3. Marilyn, Thanks very much for the lookup(s) and attempt to help. Ole George certainly has turned into the mysterious one. As for the George Sellers that you did find, George born 1791 in VA with wife Annie were my cousins, and I know he isn't the George W. Sellers I'm looking for. I can rule out George Sellers with wife Adeline in Knox County as I find them still in Knox County on the 1860 Census. 17 year old George with 44 year old Epha is at least worth looking into from my end even though the age doesn't match. I find Epha listed as "Alfa" on the 1860 Census, still in Morrow County, with Isaac, age 23. George isn't to be found ... Yes, 33 year old George Sillars with wife Nancy in Salem Township in 1860 is/was the George I'm looking for ten years earlier in 1850. He and Nancy weren't married til Oct. 14, 1852, in Warren County so I was hoping to find him in one of the neighboring townships in 1850. George evidently died May 12, 1864, as a result of drowning while trying to cross the Ohio River when moving out with his Civil War company. His gravestone was recently unearthed after having been buried in what is now a pasture for well over 100 years. Figured we owed it to him to figure out who he "belonged to" ... but we still don't know. Thanks again for the lookup and the help. If you come up with any other possibilities please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks! 2. Jennifer, I'm not getting any results for a Samuel RINEHART in Ross Cty, in the 1930 ancestry index. What spelling are you using? IF this might be the connection, Ancestry shows there is a Samuel born 1852 in Ross for the 1930. Perhaps Marilyn could help with that lookup.. Otherwise, I don't see another Samuel Rinehart/// in Summit either. Jennifer

    2. Lawrence, My 1850 index shows 4 results for George RICHARDSON in Cleveland, but 3 of them are children and the other one is a 28 yr. old living in a boarding house. Do you have ages and birthplaces for George & Eliza? There are too many results and more information is needed to narrow it down. There is also no result showing for a Joseph or Joseph Henry RICHARDSON, born in 1844. There's a Sarah A. RICHARDSON, age 81 b. OH, living in Ashtabula with a Bert & Mary BREWSTER. She's listed as the mother-in-law of Bert. There's also a Sarah RICHARDSON, age 75, b.
