Hi Claude, I checked my 1860 OH index but didn't find any results for an Oliver JOHNSON in Williams Co. The closest result is a 28 yr. old in Hamilton Co. living with a Jacob and Sarah HOFFNER. There's also a 40 yr. old Eliza JOHNSON enumerated with him. There's also a 31 yr. old Oliver H.
