Karen, The 1870 index isn't showing any results for a Martha HICKMAN, born abt. 1850 living in Logan Co. The index shows 6 results, but 3 are born in the 1830's and 3 are born in the 1860's. Rinehart Burkitt is listed in 1840 Ohio Co VA but couldn't find similiar in any other US census of any available year. There are Burkett families of various spellings in 1850 OH Co VA but none that appear to have bca 1784 or so.
