Their family was from Waterford. Bridie (My ggm) came over as a governess and was married to a Gerald Prendergast (in IRE) she died in 1909 leaving a dau and twin infant girls who were sent back to Waterford to be raised by the Prendergasts. Patrick J.was a "right Reverend Monsignor" at St. Jerome's in the Bronx and died in 1959. Bridget and Patrick had a sister Ellen who married a Morrison and I belive a brother Thomas. I'll have to dig but I want to say their father was a John.
