I have very little on my father's family. My father, Lawrence Raymond O'Donnell, was born in Pittsburgh, Pa on December 15,1906 and died in Newport, RI in July 1976. His brothers were John, Joe and Jim (the twins), and Leo. There may be more brothers, but probably no sisters. His father, Daniel O'Donnell, was a carpenter and built houses around Pittsburgh; he would build a house, live in it, and then sell it. Daniel O'Donnell was married to Julia O'Connell and both were born in Ireland and immigrated around the turn of the century. Lawrence Raymond O'Donnell was married in Pittsburgh and had several children with his first wife, Ruth. Patricia was their youngest child. He divorced and moved to Washington, DC during the war. He met and married Mary Hickey from Boston and had one child, Rosemary.
