Hi all, On my trip to Ireland, I bought a book, A Biographical Dictionary of Tipperary by Martin O'Dwyer in Nenagh. I am going to share the O'Connor/Connors entries. O'CONNOR, David. L. Sgt. No. 2716913. 1st Battalion of the Irish Guards. Hed died on 27th April 1943, aged 35. He was the son of Thomas and Elizabeth O'Connor. He was married to Bridget O'Connor of Cahir, Co. Tipperary. He is buried in Grave No. V.C. 18 in Massicault War Cemetery Tunisa. O'CONNOR, Joseph. Bansha, Co. Tipperary. Executed in Curragh, Kildare, 19th December 1922. Buried Grey Abbey near Kildare Town. O'CONNOR, Martin. Reg: No. 49241. Rank: Private - Cheshire Regiment 13 Batt (formerly Manchester Regiment). Killed in action France, 10th August 1917. Born: Co. Tipperary. O'CONNOR, Michael Joseph. Private. Reg. No: 8504. 3rd Battalion of the Raoyal Irish Regiment. He died on 27th September 1916 aged 30. He was the son of William O'Connor. He was married to Margaret O'Connor of 135, East Main St. Annadale, West Lothian. He is buried in Templemore Catholic Cemetery, Co. Tipperary. O'CONNOR, Patrick. Volunteer I.R.A. Fiddane, Newport, Co. Tipperary. Grew up on a small farm. shot along with Michael Walton by R.I.C. at Clonbulley, 19th December 1920. O'CONNOR, Thomas. Reg: No. 5593. Rank: private-Irish Guards, 1st Batt. Killed in action France, 9th October 1915. Born: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
