Hi all, I haven't heard much from anyone lately and know that we have 45 members to this list. So how about I start a role call, which is that everyone list their O'Connor/Connor ancestor and see if any of us are related. I have the following O'Connor members: Edmund, b ca 1808, arrived in NYC 1847 Jeremiah, b ca 1819, arrived in NYC 1848 John, b ca 1818, arrived in NYC August 1847 Patrick, b ca 1826,arrived in NYC March 27, 1854 Redmund, b ca 1816,arrived in NYC 1837 Timothy, b ca 1810, arrived in NYC 1864 William, b ca 1819, arrived in NYC November 15, 1844 or 1849 They are all brothers, uncles or cousins and are from the Tipperary/Limerick border area of Doon Civil Parish. They all ended up in Troy NY (across the river from Albany). Timothy is my gggrandfather and was married to Catherine Ryan from Cappamore, Limerick. They had at least three children: Mary, Margaret and James, my ggrandfather. Timothy's father and mother were: Bryan O'Connor and Ann Gallagher. Any connections out there?
