The following obit caught my eye out of the 167 O'Connor obits. I seem to recall someone from the Flordia area looking for some of the lost families. He came to Chicago from Jacksonville, FL six years prior to his death. He was a reporter with the Tribune, and later did literary publication work for the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy R.R. Two days prior to his death he underwent surgery for appendicitis, and leaves a wife and two young children. -June 26, 1899 (2)
