Hi I am researching The O'CONNOR family from Ballyvaughan County Clare, Ireland. There were seven Children in the family named John, Patrick, Anna, James, Margaret, Joseph, and (?) Agnes. They were children of Michael O'CONNOR and Mary MCGREVEY. The one son Joseph emigrated to United States (Buffalo, NY) in 1885. He then moved to Madison Wisconsin in the 1890s, with his brother Patrick and James. Patrick and James eventually moved back to Western New York (Erie and Niagara County). Joseph remained in Madison where he died in 1932. Joseph married a woman named Susanne, her maiden named is unknown at this time. Joseph and Susanne had six daughters. The First daughter was Mary born abt. 1895 , Agnes born abt. 1897, Susan born abt. 1899, Margaret born abt. 1904, Catherine born abt. 1906, and finally Cecilia who was born on June 07, 1908. Joseph and Susanne's daughters were first cousins to my Grandmother. According to Joseph's obit, five of his daughters were married at the time of his death. His daughter Mary married Gustav PINKEL, in 1932 they were living in Sun Prairie Wisconsin; Agnes married a Thomas VAUGHN, 1932 they were living in Madison, Wisconsin; Margaret married a James MALONEY, 1932 they were living in Indianapolis, In.; Catherine married a John MCFARLAND, in 1932 they were living in Madison, Wisconsin; Cecilia married a Werner SCHAEFER, in 1932 they were living in Madison. Susan was the only one not married. I was able to find Cecilia and her husband Werner death dates. Some kind person sent me a copy of their death notices. Cecilia and Werner had two sons (Gerald and Donald). At the time of Werner death in 1992, both sons predeceased him. According to his death notice he was survive by seven grandchildren. Their name are Greg SCHAEFER married a Jeannine ?, Susan who married a person by the last name SMITH. Colleen SCHAEFER married a Matt MATHISON. Peggy married a Kevin GUNDERSON, Stuart married a Karen ?, Bridget married a Tommy HANCHETTE, and finally Timothy who was not married in 1992. I am looking for anyone whom may know the PINKEL family from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; MCFARLAND and VAUGHN families from Madison, and finally the descendants of Cecilia (O'CONNOR) and Werner SCHAEFER.
