re: "Houses of Kerry", by Valerie Bary. On the back of this book cover is a note about the history of the author's family. One sentence reads, ". . .and an O'Connor of Termons (Ballybrack) married Captain Bligh's daughter and later became governor of New South Wales." Nothing else is written about this governor, but there's probably a story written about him somewhere out there.
