Hi, Have enjoyed being part of this list. Finally am sending some info out and looking for some connections (I hope!). My info is sketchy but I will share what I have: PETER O'CONNOR came to the US late 1860's early 1870's (no other info) from Ireland, possibly County Clair or some other NE county. He settled in Jersey City, NJ. No birth or death dates. He is supposedly buried in the Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City, NJ. I have not been able to verify that (I actually don't really know how to go about it?). His Wife: MARGARET LEONARD born in Ireland is also maybe buried in the Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City, NJ They had at least one son: JOSEPH PATRICK O'CONNOR b. March 10, 1875 (possibly NJ) married 1908 d. Apr 5, 1929 possibly buried in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Arlington,NJ His Wife: MARY FOWLER b. Jul 7, 1879 Ireland (Dublin?) d. Aug 31, 1947 Brattleboro, VT possibly buried in Holy Cross Cemetery, Arlington,NJ I am hoping to connect with some living relatives, who might know more. Would love to know about these people and if there is any family in Ireland anymore. I know that there were people in Ireland from this family as recently as 25 years ago. I only recently got this info and it was from a distant family member who found a piece of paper with this info on it.
